Transforming Grapes to Jelly


Grape Jelly : 4 cups of grape juice; 5 cups of sugar; 1/3 cup of pectin and 1 tsp. butter

Bring the juice pectin to a boil.  Add sugar.  Bring to a full boil and continue boiling

for  1 1/2 minutes.  Pour into clear jars, seal with lids and place upside down for 5 minutes.
